I worked with Andrew Blake from Precise designs for our Duplex project at 29 Warialda Road. The site was somewhat challenging to start with, however nothing was ever too much trouble for Andrew.

His vision, creative ideas and professionalism is a real credit to him. Andrew designed the whole project from the ground up. The site also required sub-division and again Andrew took charge of this and took care of all requirements. His liaison with builders, council, surveyors and contractors was thorough and professional. He knew where the project was up to at any stage, what was to come next and what needed attention along the way.
