- Shadow diagrams and BASIX certificates
- Statement of Environmental Effects
- Supporting reports (e.g. bushfire, flood, heritage) where needed
✔ Council Liaison
We submit the DA on your behalf and manage communications with council, including any follow-up requests or required amendments.
✔ Consultant Coordination
When specialist reports are needed—such as engineering or town planning—we coordinate those consultants and ensure their input is integrated seamlessly into your DA package.
