With experience in the construction industry since 1993 and a background as a licenced builder, we know how to turn ideas into reality—combining hands-on building knowledge with the latest in 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

Our design process is highly collaborative. We listen carefully, respect your ideas, and bring practical advice to the table—often modelling your project in real time during meetings so you can see your vision take shape.

Founder Andrew Blake is HIA GreenSmart accredited, with a strong focus on passive solar design and energy efficiency—key considerations in today’s homes with rising energy costs. As a member of the Building Designers Association of Australia, Andrew also stays up to date with evolving building codes, standards, and products through ongoing professional development.

Where do I start?

First off we offer an obligation free half hour meeting to discuss your next project. With all the different Building Regulations, Codes & Standards and Council requirements the process can seem daunting but with over 25 years in the building industry we can guide you through the red tape. After the first meeting we can provide you with concept floor plans, Elevations and 3D concept sketches and renderings to better assist in visualising the finished project.
